For oral presentations a windows based laptop computer is available. You can either bring your presentation on a memory stick or use your own computer. If you bring a memory stick, please transfer the presentation before the session starts. If you use your own laptop please check before the session whether the presentation is displayed correctly. We will have connectors for VGA or HDMI. For any other connector please bring our own adaptor.
The digital projector allows a format of 16:9. If possible adapt your presentation to this format.
Contributed talks have 16 minutes for presentation and 4 minutes for discussion. Invited talks have 25 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.


Poster boards are sufficiently large to accomodate A0 format (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm) either in portrait or landscape orientation.
Please put up your poster on Monday before noon.
